These terms apply to purchases made on raised-bed-plans.com, operated by WEABLE SAS, 27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France. Contact: social@alexandrefuchs.fr.

Product and price

The Raised Bed Build Pack is sold for 14 USD as a single, one time purchase. Prices are displayed in US dollars at checkout, inclusive of any applicable tax shown by Stripe at the time of payment.

Delivery

The Raised Bed Build Pack is delivered as an immediate digital download; there is no physical shipment. The download link is provided on the confirmation page right after payment and by email to the address used at checkout, as described on the files page.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

By completing checkout, the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery of the Raised Bed Build Pack as soon as payment is confirmed and acknowledges that this immediate delivery means the right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once the download has started, consistent with standard practice for instantly delivered digital goods. If a download genuinely fails or a file is corrupted, contact social@alexandrefuchs.fr for the issue to be resolved.

No subscription

This is a single purchase for a single PDF file. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe. This site never receives or stores full card numbers.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, the jurisdiction of WEABLE SAS's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law of the buyer's country of residence.
