What to put in your message
The more of this arrives in the first email, the sooner the reply contains a cut list instead of a question.

How messages are prioritised
Anything about a paid order comes first, then a reported error in a cut list, since a wrong dimension costs someone a board, then general questions. Replies are written by a person on working days.
What cannot be settled by email
Whether a particular patch of ground suits a bed is a question of sun, drainage and what runs under the soil, and none of that can be judged from a distance. What this site can give you is the cut list, the hardware and the soil volume for the bed you describe, which the configurator produces on the spot.
